The most common vacuum packaging machins are single chamber vauum packer machine and double chamber vacuum packer machine. Vacuum packaging machine completes vacuuming, casing, and sealing in one single operation. It is used for packing foods, vegetables, medicine, special dried or preserved foods, aquatic products, electrical units etc, to keep the taste of foods fresh and dry, and to avoid oxidation, and mildew.
Single chamber vacuum packing machine:
1.With complete functions, applicable to the packaging with different requirements, including vacuum packaging, and thepackaging by filling inert gas after vacuuming.
2.With automatic programmed control, vacuuming, gas flushing (optionally mounted), sealing and cooling operations can be completed at one time.
3.Non-chamber and nozzle design is used for the machine. The machine can automatically output the packaging bags after vacuuming (gas flushing) is completed. Excellent sealing performance,adjustable feeding and withdrawal speeds and high working efficiency.
Double chamber vacuum packing machine:
Applicable to electronic products such as,semi-conductor,chip ,IC and metal wored parts as well as fabrics ,cotton,and wool products for damp proof and antioxidant purposes .Vacuum packaging may reduce packaging volume and minimize loglstics cost .Nitrogen aeration may keep food ,fruit ,vegetable and seafood fresh ,maintain their natural flavour and protect them from external impact.
